We called a physical educator as our initial resource. Through one of our former students, Miss Upuli, we attempted to contact a qualified instructor (Sports Nutritionist). But after getting in touch with her, we learned that the instructor's fee would be exorbitant and that we would also need to supply transportation. The committee determined that the instructor should be changed because the budget allotted is so small.

Then, during a field visit, we ran with Physical Instructor Mr. Sampath from the Kuliyapitiya premises. He was approached by Shanuka, and he agreed to conduct the session without charge. He assured us that the program will be run by him or another instructor.
