There was a first progress meeting. Dr. Thushanthi provided us with feedback and remarks on the project.

We had a general notion of the program before the meeting. No one in our organization has ever participated in outreach projects of this nature.

Following the conference, we gained a general understanding of how the project must be carried out. We came to the conclusion that the project needed a precise, well-developed plan to succeed.
